Back in 2019, I weighed 270 Pounds. I felt old, tired and uninspired. 2020 hit me hard and I decided to completely change my lifestyle.
I now weigh 180 pounds and my fitness journey continues! I’m on a quest to become the best version of myself and I know you can do it for yourself too.
