Physique Update: January 2022:
I’m still averaging 180 pounds and I’m slowly building muscle. The journey continues.
Back in 2019, I weighed close to 270 Pounds. I felt tired, old and uninspired. I completely changed my habits and outlook on life and now I’m feeling better than ever as I turn 45 years old this October!
I’m currently averaging around 180 pounds and my fitness journey continues! I’m on a quest to become the best version of myself and I know you can do it for yourself too.
